Travel inquiry information: destination, travel dates, party size, budget range, and any trip preferences you share so we can prepare a quote or itinerary.

Financial services inquiry information: the type of service you are requesting and the details you choose to include in your message.

Newsletter information: if you sign up for our email list, we receive the email address you submit and use it only to send occasional travel offers and seasonal reminders. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Optional file uploads: if you attach files to a request, we receive those files. Please do not upload passports, government identification, payment card information, Social Security information, or other sensitive personal information through general public forms. When an engagement requires sensitive documents, we will arrange a secure channel with you directly.

We do not sell your information, we do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not build marketing profiles about you.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Limited technical storage may be used by our hosting and authentication providers to keep the site working, for example to keep a staff member signed in to the private administrative area.

We use what you submit to respond to your request, prepare quotes and itineraries, deliver the travel, financial, or notary services you asked for, and communicate with you about your engagement.

We also share information with third parties when it is necessary to fulfill your request — for example, providing traveler details to a cruise line or resort to complete a booking, or to a filing authority in the course of an engagement you have authorized. Uploaded files are kept in a private storage location that is not publicly accessible, and access is limited to authorized staff and to the service providers that host and maintain our systems.
